In today’s times it is very difficult to acquire factual information with the epidemic of: fake, altered, and misguided news. There is an abundance of conflicting information regarding COVID-19 that makes decision making very difficult. SIL Domestic Divas upmost concern is for our clients, community, and team. We know it is factual that COVID-19 exists and is highly contagious. We also feel it is true to be a heightened danger for particular citizens who are seniors or who have immune deficient or compromised health. Due to these undisputable facts, SIL Domestic Divas are implementing the following changes effective immediately and until future notice:
• Any current client who has: traveled abroad, traveled via: airplane or cruise line or has attended a function with an attendance of 1500 or more people in the last two weeks, we ask that you suspend your service for a period of 14 days. If you remain COVID-19 symptom free during the duration of this service suspension, we will happily resume services. This is in attempts to keep potential exposure down for our other clients.
• Any person who is interested in our services and wishes to schedule a consult we ask that if you have: traveled abroad, traveled via: airplane or cruise line or has attended a function with an attendance of 1500 or more people within the last two weeks, we ask that you wait to request a consult for a period of 14 days. If you remain COVID-19 free during the duration of the 14 days we will happily get you scheduled for a complimentary consult.
• If you are a client and have ANY COVOID-19 symptoms we ask that you notify us immediately so that we may temporarily suspend services until you are cleared by your health care professionals.
• If you are a homeowner who is interested in our services and have ANY COVOID-19 symptoms we ask that you refrain from requesting a consult until you are cleared by your health care professionals.
• Personal Assistant Services will be limited until further notice.
• SIL Domestic Diva treats will be temporally suspended until further notice.

We want to be forthcoming in our gratitude to your understanding regarding our temporary changes. Again, our upmost concern and reason for these immediate changes are due to our concern for our clients, community, and team. We want to assure each and every one of you that SIL Domestic Divas takes contamination, on any level, very seriously from day to day even pre COVOID-19. Each home is serviced with a fresh and sanitized mop head along with fresh and sanitized cleaning clothes. It is our customary practice to use strong anti-bacterial agents in bathrooms, sinks, and counters. We provide barrier products to our staff such as latex gloves and face masks to aid in the prevention of spreading the COVID-19 and any other contaminants. We have personal sanitization practices in place that are carried out between each client. We are taking this as serious as we take our clients protection and security.

If you are a current SIL Domestic Diva client and you find yourself in need of groceries, medications, personal products, or any other necessities please reach out. We will be happy to get you taken care of so until further notice we are temporarily waiving the Personal Assistant retainer fees.

Also, for any of our current SIL Domestic Diva clients: we are offering a specialized “add on” service. With this “add on” service we will disinfect all door knobs and light switches. This will add time to your existing service. Please reach out to Christy or Ashton if you would like to include this important task to your current services.
